General Admission & Rules of Play

• Our play space is designed for children ages 0–9. Children outside this age range may not be admitted to play areas.
• All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. The Play Social is not a drop-off facility.
• Open play sessions are limited to 2 hours per visit to ensure a comfortable experience for all families.
• Grip socks are required for all children in the play areas for safety and hygiene. Grip socks may be purchased on-site for $2.50 per pair.
• Outside food is not permitted during regular open play hours. Our café offers food and beverages for purchase.
• Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended during peak times.

Liability Waiver

By entering The Play Social, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in play activities involves inherent risks. Parents and guardians assume responsibility for supervising their children.
• The Play Social, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur on the premises.
• You grant permission for your child to participate in all play areas and activities available during your visit.
• A signed waiver is required for all first-time visitors and must be updated annually.

Membership Terms

• Unlimited memberships include one visit per day, up to 2 hours per visit, during regular open play hours.
• Memberships auto-renew monthly. You may cancel or modify your membership at any time by contacting us.
• Membership benefits include discounts on café purchases, birthday party bookings, and priority event registration.
• Memberships are non-transferable and limited to the named children on the account.
• Refunds for the current billing period are not provided upon cancellation.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure party bookings.
• Families may bring their own cake and decorations for birthday parties. Outside food is limited to cake and pre-approved items.
• The host is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the event.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.

Safety Policies

• Children who appear ill (fever, vomiting, contagious symptoms) will not be admitted for the safety of all guests.
• Play areas are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. Deep cleaning is performed daily.
• Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
• Photography is permitted for personal use only. Please be respectful of other families' privacy.

Website & Privacy

Information collected through our website (name, email, messages) is used solely for responding to inquiries and providing updates you've requested. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
